Joining the Waitlist
Joining the waitlist secures your place in line to choose your puppy. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit to join our waitlist. This deposit can be paid by Venmo, Zelle or personal check. (At Puppy Pick up day, only cash is accepted). We do currently offer the F1b Mini Aussiedoodles (75%poodle, 25%Aussie) and the F1 Mini Aussiedoodle (50%Aussie, 50%Poodle) . Prices of the Doodles are subject to change, but once you place a deposit, it guarantees the price of the pups at the time of deposit - that is the amount you will pay at pickup. Your deposit also goes towards the total price. Once we receive your deposit, you will receive, via text, a copy of your receipt!
Puppy Pick Day
One of the most exciting times of the new puppy experience, is puppy pick day! At approximately 5 weeks of age we get in touch with each family on our waitlist. We start at the top of our waitlist and work our way down, giving each family time to make their decision. If for any reason, you are unable to get a puppy at that time, you are welcome to pass to a future litter. We can not predict litter size and timing, and because of this, if you are later on the list you may need to wait several months until the next litter arrives, or you may get to choose sooner than expected if the families ahead of you need to pass!
Puppy Jump Start Program
Puppy Jump Start (optional) builds on Puppy Prep (see below) and is a heavy INTRODUCTION to crate training, alone time – without siblings (to help with separation anxiety), leash and collar training (forward motion and boundaries of the leash), On/Off leash name recall, intense socialization (car rides and meeting new people), potty training, basic obedience (Sit, stay and target training) and Interaction with older veteran dogs and cats of the house to learn puppy manners.
The focus of Puppy Jump Start, becomes the Working Relationship between Human and Canine. This unique program cultivates attention and obedience with our Forward Motion Leash training combined with the skills of Basic commands such as Come, Sit, Name, etc. In addition, in this program they are introduced to Crate Training & Housebreaking. We continue each puppy’s “education” until they are placed, building on their skillsets and achievements. This Program, can be purchased by Families for their Reserved Little One in conjunction with Puppy Prep, which also begins at 5 weeks through 8 weeks to coincide with Pickup dates.
At Pick-up, we school our Families in their Puppy’s individual Obedience, Crate Training, Housebreaking, On/Off Leash, and Socialization level, and further instruct on Continuing Obedience and socialization for their Little One. The puppy is typically 2-3 weeks ahead of those not in the program! Cost of the Puppy Jump Start Program is $350.
Puppy Prep
All of our puppies start puppy prep training at 5 weeks. Puppy Prep is a daily program of training where we work on Bite Inhibition, Bounce back socialization (first being afraid of something in the environment and then recovering), Yielding the Belly, Exposure to Mental and physical challenges (which helps the puppy learn to problem solve and develop good temperaments), Exposure to a wide array of smells, textures, surfaces, sounds, vibrations, and sights and a comprehensive variety of people, thus, preparing them for placement with their family!
Gotcha Day! Responsible Breeding
Many of our families anticipate this day for months. It is such an exciting time! We start letting our pups go at 8 weeks of age. We will work with each family on the best pick up time at no additional charge until 9 weeks. We do offer to keep pups longer if needed for a boarding fee of $75 a week and $150 for each additional vaccine/vet visit that is needed prior to going home (pups get parvo/distemper vaccines approx every 3-4 weeks after their first round).
